PROFESSIONAL COOK
Our Head Chef holds a prestigious culinary degree from Cyprus and boasts an exceptional career spanning over 36 countries. He honed his skills in Italy for five years, before working in Panama, Colombia, and Switzerland, where he served as a chef in 1994. His global journey continued through Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, and France, before making a significant impact in Venezuela. Having crafted menus used by six to seven restaurants in Germany.
